Important Camp Erdman Information

Because students will have luggage, we will have drop-off and pick-up at the Wilcox upper autoline. To help alleviate traffic, we are asking, if possible, that 3/4 Multiage students be dropped off between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4. Students may be dropped off at the Wilcox upper autoline, where the cars carrying the luggage will be parked. If you are a chaperone and will be driving your own vehicle, we are asking that you arrive no earlier than 8:00 a.m. Please park in the the fire lane behind the 3/4 classrooms. Again, in order to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly, please try to drop off your child between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. at the Wilcox drop-off. The bus will be leaving at 8:30 a.m.

On Friday, October 6, we are asking parents to pick up their child no earlier than 2:45 p.m. Children should be picked up at the Wilcox upper autoline. Any students who are not picked up by 3:00 will be taken to Afterschool Care.
Please make sure your child has a home lunch for the first day of camp. The lunch should be clearly labeled and in a fully disposable container. Lunches will be boxed by class when students are dropped off in autoline. The rest of the meals, including snacks, will be provided. Camp Erdman does not allow food or drink in the cabins. Please do not send any food with your child. Each student should have a refillable water bottle.
